I have a 10-month-old English bulldog with two lumps on his back that seem to be swollen muscles. He was running around earlier and showed no signs of injury. When touched, he doesn't react, but if massaged, he tries to move away without crying. Could this be a muscle injury? Should I take him to a hospital today, or is it fine to wait until the morning?

I have an 11-year-old Shih Tzu diagnosed with Pseudomonas infection. Her symptoms include fluid on her joints and inability to walk. There is no known primary infection leading to this secondary infection. Is there anything else this could be?
