I have a 5-month-old Havanese/Maltese cross who is energetic but rests often. He eats only when very hungry and in small amounts, often when I am present. I give him organic yogurt, about 1 tablespoon a day, which he loves. Is this eating behavior normal, and is the yogurt okay? Additionally, he becomes extremely agitated when I try to brush him or trim his nails. How can I calm him down for these grooming activities?

I picked up my 2-3 year old Dalmatian mix (possibly English Pointer as the second breed) from a 6-day stay at a kennel, which is part of his regular vet. After picking him up, I noticed two lumps on the inside of his front paws, with the larger one on his left paw causing him to yelp when touched. The lumps appear swollen and reddish. Should I take him to an emergency vet now (Saturday) or wait for his regular vet on Monday?
