I have a 10-month-old Yorkie named Niko who has been experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy. He usually has a lot of energy but now seems very tired. The vomit appears liquidy, and he might have eaten something unusual from the backyard while I was at work. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
