I have a 10-year-old Boston Terrier named Maggie who is experiencing diarrhea and vomiting. The vomit is slimy and clear with some food in it. I'm not sure if she ate anything unusual, but my neighbor took her for a walk. Can I give Imodium, and what else should I do to help her?

It's advisable to use Pepto-Bismol instead of Imodium for Maggie due to the narrow margin of safety ...
