I have a 10-year-old St. Bernard named Brutus who hurt his shoulder a week ago. He was prescribed anti-inflammatories and gabapentin, but we ran out of anti-inflammatories and his arm is spasming, and he is in pain. Gabapentin is not helping. What can I do to alleviate his pain and should I consider CBD, chiropractic, or other therapies?

My dog, Rosie, a 5-year-old, has scab-like lesions on her neck and back end near her tail. She is very itchy, licking, and rolling on the floor to scratch herself. I tried using hydrogen peroxide to clean an area, but there are too many now. Is there anything I can do for her until I can get her to her vet on Monday?
