I have a 100 lb German Shepherd named Jung, who is 21 months old and likely ingested 4X5mg warfarin tablets overnight. Jung is otherwise healthy and has no obvious symptoms 12 hours after possible ingestion. Should I add Vitamin K to his diet over the next week, and what signs should I watch for that might indicate a need for immediate veterinary attention?

We have an older Weimaraner named Gunner who had surgery to repair a torn ACL a couple of years ago. Now, in that same leg, he is bending his paw over and walking on the top, dragging that leg and is extremely weak in his back legs. He isn't acting like he is in pain and is taking Glycoflex, Fish Oil, and 10 mg of thyroid medicine. What could be causing this issue and what should we do?
