I have a 12-year-old beagle named Rufus with long-term skin issues. He has been on ketoconazole 400mg, which keeps his skin clear and him comfortable. However, my current vet requires bi-weekly skin checkups and costly tests to continue this medication, which I cannot afford. I accidentally gave my 100-pound, 9-year-old dog named Bruce 300 mg of gabapentin, 75 mg of proin, and 120 mg of sotalol, which were intended for my other dog.
