I have a 12-year-old beagle named Rufus with long-term skin issues. He has been on ketoconazole 400mg, which keeps his skin clear and him comfortable. However, my current vet requires bi-weekly skin checkups and costly tests to continue this medication, which I cannot afford. Are there alternative treatments or vets near Summerville, SC, that can help keep Rufus comfortable without these financial burdens?

My dog, Luna, a 2.5-year-old with a sensitive stomach, has been lethargic, experiencing fluctuating appetite, and diarrhea for a few days. She doesn't seem to be in pain but is just tired. What could be causing this and what can I do to help her?

Hello, I have a 14 lb Yorkie named Andy who is 4 years old and has been limping for a week due to overactivity. I recently gave him 7.5 mg of meloxicam and am concerned I may have given him too much. What should I do?

I accidentally gave my 100-pound, 9-year-old dog named Bruce 300 mg of gabapentin, 75 mg of proin, and 120 mg of sotalol, which were intended for my other dog. I tried to induce vomiting with 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide but he hasn't vomited yet. Should I be worried, and is there anything else I should do?

My dog, a four-year-old named *****, has had bumps all over his body for two months. Some are open sores, and he has not gained any weight. He is eating well and in good spirits but is very skinny. We have tried medications like niacinamide, vitamin E, and doxycycline, but the bumps are not improving. What could be causing these bumps, and what should we do next?
