I have a 14-year-old King Shepherd named Buds who has a fox tail embedded in his paw, causing a severe infection. He also has hip issues and can't walk on it. We are homeless and I can't afford to take him to the vet. How long has the infection been a concern for the King Shepherd? Is there anything else the vet should know before I connect you?

I accidentally gave my 21/2 year old Boston Terrier, Winnie, the medications intended for my 16 year old dog. The medications include 12.5 mg of truprofen, 16.25 mg of phenobarbital, 250mg of levetiracetam, and 1/4 tablet of vetmedin. Winnie weighs about 21 lbs. Should I induce vomiting, and could these medications harm Winnie?
