My turtles' eyes are swollen shut. I've been using turtle eye drops, cleaning the tank, and treating for fungus and bacteria. Their eyes are still swollen shut, and one of them has had this issue for 4 or 5 days, while the other's eyes just swelled overnight. There were also little white hair-like worms in the water. What should I do to help them?
