I have a 15-year-old, 10 lb Yorkie Poo named Onyx who went into CHF in 2019 and has been on Vetmedin, spironolactone, sildenafil, and benazepril since then. Recently, he's been coughing, mostly in the morning and at night, and sometimes sporadically throughout the day. He still has energy, plays, and has an appetite, but the coughing concerns me. He was off his Vetmedin for a period and the coughing seemed to start during that time. Could this be a collapsed trachea, heartworm, or fluid buildup in the lungs? His resting respiratory rate is 18-20 breaths per minute, and the cough seems dry. He has a vet appointment scheduled for this Friday and a cardiologist appointment for the following Friday. What should I be looking for or doing in the meantime?

My Shih Tzu/Bichon likely ate a 10mg dose of Strattera about 30 to 60 minutes ago. How is my dog currently behaving? Do you know approximately how much your dog weighs? How would you like to connect with the Vet - phone call or online chat? What should I do if my dog shows symptoms of Strattera ingestion? How long should we keep an eye on his symptoms (when are we in the clear)?

My 4-year-old Labrador, Mason, is lethargic, has a decreased appetite, is restless, has a droopy face, sticky drool, and looks sad and unsettled. He also has a history of swallowing socks. Should I take him to the vet, and what could be wrong with him?

My 10-year-old dog, Amiria, has been vomiting throughout the day and we suspect she might have eaten a missing dinner mint. She has vomited 8-10 times in the last 24 hours, with the first vomit containing food and subsequent ones being clearish. She has only eaten half of her morning meal and weighs 115-125lbs. What should I do to help her and should I be concerned about the mint?

My dog ate a dehydrated mouse that may have been poisoned. She is 40 lbs and I administered hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting. How long ago did she eat it, and has she shown any symptoms or signs of distress since eating the mouse?
