I'm giving my 9-year-old male Frenchie of 23 pounds Adequan shots once a week (just one mg) and just added hyaluronic acid for dogs 10mg. Is that too small a dosage for the hyaluronic acid? His back legs are very weak, and I want to keep him from becoming crippled and allow him to live 3-4 more years. What dosage of hyaluronic acid should I give, and are chiropractic and cold laser therapies effective for his condition?
