I have a 22-week-old Shih Tzu puppy named Oakley. I noticed a small, hard, pea-sized, movable bump on her left shoulder that I can only feel, not see. She is active, has a good appetite, and doesn't seem bothered by it. What could this bump be, and should I be concerned?
