I have a 4.5-month-old Golden Retriever from the Philippines, who has had a limp since she was 3 months old. There was also swelling between one of her toes on her left rear foot, which has mostly gone down but the limp persists, and her foot is slightly pointed outwards when she runs. The vet initially thought it could be hip-related but now plans to take x-rays to check for a foreign object and may need to cut the foot open if nothing is found. I'd prefer to avoid surgery if possible. What could be causing this issue?

My little Pomeranian, about 6 lbs, jumped on our bed and started licking and it looks like she ate some of my husband's chocolate bar. What can I do so she doesn't get sick?

My sister gave her dog an additional 5mg of Klonapin, and the dog appears very sleepy and no longer crying. We are waiting for a babysitter to take the dog to a vet. Is this dosage safe for the dog, and what should we expect in terms of the dog's condition and behavior?

My dog's eyelid is swollen from a fight with another dog. It happened a couple of hours ago and is now starting to swell. What can I do for her until I can get her to the vet? There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the eye itself, just the eyelid.

My dog got into my trash and ate part of an empty tube of Lotrimin, which contains 1 percent clotrimazole. She weighs 38 pounds and is acting normal. What should I do?
