I have a 4-month-old female puppy named Cookie who was well potty trained but has recently started peeing and pooping in the house multiple times. She has always signaled when she needed to go outside, but now she's acting out. I left her with my boyfriend for two days on business, and since I returned, she's not listening and going to the bathroom in the house. She also had a mark on her stomach that looked like ringworm but seems to have disappeared. What could be causing this behavior, and what should I do?

My 90 lbs greyhound, Dennis, ate a bar of soap containing ingredients like Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water, Glycerin, Fragrance (Parfum), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Sodium Gluconate, Palm Acid, Sodium Chloride, Palm Kernel Acid, Rosa Centiflora Flower Powder, Mauritia Flexuosa (Buriti) Fruit Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Leaf Powder, and Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Seed Oil. This happened three hours ago, and he hasn't vomited. What should I do?

My 12-year-old mixed-breed dog, part Chihuahua, has been on Lasix and two other heart medications for CHF. Recently, he has been having accidents, his urine is clear, and he is very thirsty, licking his lips, and seems hungrier than usual. He is still active and has a good appetite. What could be causing these symptoms, and can I reduce his Lasix dosage?
