I have a 4 surviving puppies out of a litter of 6 with 2 still births. The runt is having difficulty latching on to nurse. A neighbor suggested Colostrum supplement by MannaPro. I am able to get the baby to take 3-6 ml every 2 hours. The mother, Hannah, seems to want to drink pasteurized goats milk and eat chicken jerky. She has started to leave the pups just long enough to take care of business outside or on the training pads. Am I doing right by the tiny baby? Will the colostrum milk help Momma produce more milk?
