My 10-week-old lab/German Shepherd, Milo, weighing about 35 pounds, ate ant and spider killer. I'm not sure how much was ingested. What should I do and what symptoms should I watch for?

My greyhound, Bandito, got into a fight with another dog and has a large gash on his side. He's panting and I'm concerned he might be running a fever. I've been patting his tummy with cool water, but I'm not sure if this is necessary. Should I wait until my vet opens at 7:30, or is there anything else I should do in the meantime?
