I have a 4-year-old female Cocker Spaniel with persistent yeast infections. I've tried changing her diet, giving shots, and using special medicated shampoos, but nothing works. She constantly chews her paws and scratches herself, leading to hair loss on her backside. I have a prescription for Fluconazole. Can I give this to her, and if so, how much (half or whole pill)? She weighs 25 lbs.
