I have a 5-week-old puppy named Wally that I'm fostering. He was abandoned in a parking lot and has been playful for the last 4 days. However, this morning he is lethargic, won't eat or drink, and just wants to sleep. He has peed and pooped once since he woke up, and his stool is slightly loose. What should I do?
