I have a 6-year-old Maltese Terrier mix named Sophia who is experiencing a loss of appetite, lethargy, occasional vomiting, and hasn't pooped in two days. She has been drinking water but today is the third day she has displayed these signs. Her mouth seems drier than usual, and she appears exhausted. She was recently vaccinated and had a clean bill of health. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Ezra, ate a Skor candy bar. She weighs about 50 pounds and is about 1 year old. She has been in good health, with no history of ongoing diseases, but had some loose stool about a week and a half ago that tested negative. I'm not sure if she ate the entire bar or if our other dogs got any. What should I do?
