I have a 6-year-old Welsh Terrier who has stopped eating, started vomiting bright yellow fluid with red streaks, and possibly had diarrhea. She has allergies and recently had her Lyme vaccine. Her sister died from a liver shunt problem. What could be causing these symptoms?

Hi again, Dr. Salkin. We removed Noble's splint last week as he wasn't weight bearing on it and was in distress. We found two infected sores and have been treating them. Noble is now weight bearing but still limping. Should I take him in to get his leg resplinted after the sores heal, or can I keep him as is? Also, should I clean the sores more frequently than every 36 hours?
