I have a 6lb Pomeranian named Nani, who is 2 years old. One of her eyes is irritated, possibly infected, and I have rinsed it with eye wash. She has also lost her appetite and seems more tired than usual. She is not in pain and is not scratching at her eye. What could be the issue and what should I do?
