My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Gravie, has an eye irritation with more teary goo than usual, squinting, and cloudiness in her right eye. She has had this before but I have no medications with us. Is there an over-the-counter medication that can help until we contact her vet tomorrow?

I am in my boat not close to service and my dogs ate a small green grape. I don’t have hydrogen peroxide. It was about 30 minutes ago. The dogs are a 11-pound poodle named Cooper, 11 months old, and a 22-pound sheltie named Bentley, 8 months old. I would like to make them vomit as I just realized grapes are toxic. Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?
