I have a 7-year-old female Yorkshire Terrier who has been experiencing a urinary tract infection (UTI) and significant weight loss. She was initially treated with amoxicillin, but after developing vomiting from the antibiotic, she was switched to enrofloxacin. Despite some improvement, she still strains when urinating and her urine remains mildly concentrated. The vet recommended a 14-day course of enrofloxacin, but I'm concerned about the duration and want a second opinion on whether to continue the antibiotics for the full 14 days or to request further analysis after five days.

I have a 4-year-old rough female Collie that has never gone into heat. The vet says her female organs aren't developed, but they can give her shots. Is this advisable?

Our 10-year-old Boston Terrier has had a growth on the right side of the belly, which the vet initially diagnosed as fat tissues. However, in the last few months, it has gotten bigger and feels full of liquid with no hard portion. What could this be and what should we do?

I have a 14-year-old dog named Johnnie. He has swelling under his left eye and his teeth are in bad shape. We couldn't have his teeth cleaned professionally due to a heart murmur. What can I give him besides ice to help with the pain until I can get him to his vet?

Our dog was spayed today and we noticed two cuts on her stomach: one along the navel line and a second at an angle from the main incision. She is miserable and we are unsure about the second incision. Do you have any advice on what the second incision could be and how to manage her discomfort?
