She developed an infection that has persisted for months, with bloody, pus-like drainage progressing down her leg. Despite multiple treatments including antibiotics, steroids, and repeated vet visits, the infection continues. The vets are out of ideas. What could be causing this persistent infection, and what further steps can be taken?
