I have a 9-month-old dog named Baxter who is a frequent chewer and has recently vomited a large amount, followed by retching without much coming up, and has lost his appetite. He was playful earlier but seems less so now due to an upset stomach. What should I do?

My 8-week-old German Shepherd puppy, Bruno, is bloating after I changed his feeding schedule from twice a day to three times a day. He hasn't seen a vet yet and is not taking any medications. What should I do to help with the bloating?

My 10-pound dog, Scotti, accidentally ingested 2.5 mg of pimobendan (prescribed for my other 15-pound dog). Scotti is 3 years old and has no known pre-existing medical conditions. What should I do, and what are the potential side effects of this medication?

My 13-year-old labradoodle had a calcium level of 13.2 on a recent standard blood panel. Our vet wants to run a calcium-specific test at a cost of $292. What could this tell us, and what could we do for our dog? She has bad hips and CCLs, is happy, and is managing fine with pain control. Should we find out if she has cancer, which we wouldn’t treat, or if she has a parathyroid issue? We love our dog but don’t want her to suffer with treatments.
