I have a 9-year-old Keeshond diagnosed with SARDS in August 2008. Recently, he has shown signs of depression, confusion, pain, pacing, loud whining, howling indoors, but stops whining when taken outside. He paces, shows no signs of relaxing, has a failed appetite, has bowel movements indoors after being outside, and has become aggressive. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have a follow-up on a situation from 5 months ago. We gave our dog, Tabitha, one injection of Immiticide for heartworm disease, and you suggested rechecking her at 4-5 months.
