I have a Boxer named Ellie, age 9, who has a large, soft ball-like growth on her paw, not between her toes. We rescued her last month, and the growth was already there. She seems to be walking fine, but we haven't taken her to a vet yet due to financial constraints. What could this growth be, and what should we do about it?
