I have a Cocker Spaniel named Nitro who is 2 years old. He has crusty or dry skin on the edges of his ears. I thought it might be due to fleas, but he has been treated and his hair has been cut, yet the issue persists. Nitro is not bleeding, and the condition doesn't seem to bother him unless I try to remove the crust. He is healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations, and mostly stays indoors.
