I have a cocker spaniel puppy (just over 3 months) that is having episodes where he wakes up from sleep or upon waking up, he starts whining, howling, screaming, and running around unconsolably, loses control of his bowels and urinates, and then calms down as if nothing happened. This started a month after his first set of shots and has increased in frequency. What could be causing these episodes and what should I do?
