I have a dog with epilepsy who is taking phenobarbital at 64.8 mg twice a day. I accidentally gave her double the dose for a total of 4 days. Should I take her to the emergency room? Do you think she will suffer an overdose? If the emergency room is not necessary, do I just proceed with her regular dose or do I have to wean her off slowly until we reach her normal dose? She is a pitbull mastiff lab mix and weighs about 75 pounds. She is also on zonisamide at 200 mg per day and Potassium bromide at 4 mL twice daily.

A 13-year-old German Spitz named Marley has become increasingly aggressive, especially when touched while resting. What can be done to address his aggression?
