My dog, Moose, age 7, has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting with blood since Thursday 6/2. He was given Cerenia, Pepcid, fluids, antibiotics, probiotics, and home Cerenia and Pepcid. He has been eating minimally and has not had any water since Thursday. Diarrhea has continued but is less frequent. Should I take him back to the vet due to concerns about dehydration, and what additional tests should be considered?

My dog, Cooper, ate an unknown quantity of 200mg ibuprofen pills, possibly a full bottle of 100 pills. He weighs around 35 to 40 lbs and I gave him salt to induce vomiting, but he hasn't vomited yet. How long ago did this happen and how many pieces of ibuprofen did he ingest?
