Hi, my dog has mange and was prescribed medication. Can I also use sulfur shampoo over-the-counter for him, and will this shampoo help to get rid of the mites or just slow down the itch?

I have just noticed a lump underneath my dog's mouth. It is on his skin, not his lip, and has a scab over the top of it. I check him regularly and only just found it. We were at the vet two weeks ago because he had a grass seed stuck in his foot, but this doesn't look like the same wound. I haven't noticed him scratching at it at all. What could this lump be?

My puppy has very wet stools and has to go 4-5 times a day. Does he have diarrhea or just soft stools? Is he active and playful or lethargic? When were his last vaccinations and what were they? Have you seen anything abnormal in the feces such as blood or parasites? Is he vomiting? Is he eating and drinking normally?
