My 7-month-old dog, Finnan, who weighs about 50 lbs, has diarrhea that started this morning after eating dark meat chicken. He also threw up food once. What could be causing this and what should I do to help him?

My dog, Willow, a 10-month-old 60-pound dog, was fine last night but this morning she had a warm nose, seemed out of sorts, and has an upset stomach. She ate her wet food this morning (about half a cup) but no dry food, didn't drink any water, and licked half an ice cube. She also bit the top off my son's suntan oil yesterday but didn't ingest any liquid. She is on antibiotics for an ear infection and usually very active but is now laying down and not getting up. What could be the issue and what should I do?
