I have a mixed breed dog, part Shepard and Staffordshire Terrier, named Guapo who will be two years old in December. He continuously scratches his ears to the point of whining and minor bleeding, despite having clean ears with no infection or parasites. The vet suggested changing his food, but it didn't help. What could be causing this and what treatments can be tried?
