I have a new 1.5-year-old dog named Micky who was 26 lbs when I got him. He has lost 6 lbs because he eats very little, only treats, and refuses various types of dog food. He is energetic and loves attention but is stressed when left alone. What can I do to stimulate his appetite and help him eat regular dog food?

My 3-month-old German Shepherd, Judge, has symptoms of vestibular disease. He can't walk without falling, but shows no pain, vomiting, or diarrhea. His eyes are not darting, and his gaze seems normal. He is still very active and attempts to play. We suspect he may have ingested pool water containing algae a week ago. What can I do in the meantime until he can be seen by a vet?
