I have a new puppy named Poli, who weighs about 3 lbs and has a bad worm problem. I couldn't find deworming medicine suitable for her weight, and the closest I found was for 6 lbs. Is it possible to split the dose? Additionally, she has bloody stool along with the worms, and I got her from a flea market, so I'm not sure if she has any other issues.
