My 6-month-old Pomeranian puppy, Whisky, coughs every morning and sometimes in the middle of the night, especially when waking up from sleep. He has been treated with antibiotics and steroids, which temporarily improved his condition. X-rays show no issues with his lungs or heart. He has allergies and sometimes sneezes in dusty environments. What could be causing his coughing, and what can be done to manage it?

My dog, Jenny, a 5-year-old weighing around 55-60 pounds, has been experiencing excessive scratching and itching for about a week, leading to hair loss and a dull, dry, and flaky coat. She has not been licking or rubbing the skin, but I suspect a new brand of dog food, 'Back2Nature--grain free,' might be the cause. What should I do to help her?
