I have a small Chihuahua mix named Boo Boo who went to the vet and came back blind. The vet mentioned possible diabetes, a heart murmur, and high potassium levels which could stop his heart. The treatment costs more than $400. Is there a clinic in Prescott, AZ where I can take him for treatment?
