My 12-year-old dog has breast cancer, arthritis, and is on meloxicam. This weekend, she has deteriorated severely, crying and barking, not eating but still drinking. She has had her daily dose of medication. How much more can we give her to ease her pain until we can see the vet tomorrow?

Now, she has hurt her left leg and won't put pressure on it, is lethargic, shivers a lot, and feels warm. She is still eating and drinking fine. She was given a ham bone at Thanksgiving. What should I do for her leg injury and should I be concerned about her previous gastrointestinal issues?

My 10-year-old dog, Zeb, was treated with Torbugesic 10mg/ml as a sedative for an X-ray to diagnose a lame left foreleg. Since then, he has not eaten any solid food, only water. He is getting weaker and shows no interest in his favorite foods. He drinks plenty of water, urinates without difficulty, but has been trying to have a bowel movement without anything coming out.
