I have a urology question for my 14-year-old spayed Chihuahua who has been losing control of her bladder for the past 9 months. My local vet has tried estrogen treatment, but it only caused swelling and made her look in heat. The vet has taken urine samples and X-rays, which came back clean, but we are still unsure of the cause. Can you provide some ideas for my local vet to consider?

My 11-year-old Beagle Shepherd, Josie, has a large tumor on her spleen. The vet estimates the surgery to remove and test it for cancer to cost between $2500-3000. If it's cancerous, I don't want to put her through treatments. Can I leave the tumor in, and what are the risks?

My 7-month-old German Shepherd mix, weighing 51 lbs, got into my bottle of Effexor ER 75 mg while I was at work. I found all the pills except for one, and some capsules were broken open with powder on the floor. The dog is acting fine and not showing any signs of distress. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

My 13-year-old Yorkie/Shih Tzu has a small tag that is open and bleeding, initially looking like a pimple but now seeping blood at 9 o'clock. It doesn't seem to cause any pain. Additionally, there is a soft cyst near the anus on the same side as the tag. What should I do?

My dog ate something while outside and shook her head a few times. I immediately brought her inside. She is now laying down near me. What should I do?

My Chihuahua, Buddy, started having seizures after being with me for 6 months. He's had 4 seizures in the last month, which last about 2-5 minutes each and include shaking, foaming at the mouth, and disorientation. He becomes normal and playful within an hour after each seizure. Why are the seizures starting now, and why so many in a short time frame? Is it something in my house causing this? What tests should I do, and what treatment options are available?
