I have a yorkie mix diagnosed with an enlarged heart and abdominal fluid retention. My vet prescribed Lasix, Vetmedin, and Enacard. Since starting these additional medications, my dog seems to be breathing more forcefully. Could these medications be affecting her breathing, and should we adjust the dosage?

Does feeding dry kibble with a higher than average protein level of 34% - 42% cause a dog's kidneys to work harder? Is this harmful to my dog?

My four-month-old puppy, who has had all his shots, is sneezing quite a bit and sometimes retches, mostly in the morning. This has been going on for about 5 days now. There is no runny nose or eyes. Does this sound like Kennel Cough and if so, how should I treat it? I take my puppy to the dog park quite often, which may be where he caught this.
