I have a Yorkie named Daisy, who is 5 years old and in labor. She has already had 2 pups, but it has been over 2.5 hours since the last one, and she is having hard contractions with no activity. This is her 4th litter, and there have been no problems before now. What should I do?

I have a 14-week-old puppy named Boston who has a hard, immobile lump on his back left side, above his hip. This is the side where he had his rabies vaccination about a week and a half ago. The lump does not seem to affect him, and he is his normal, hyper self. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned?

My dog isn't feeling well this morning. She slept fine but woke up and threw up twice. Then threw up on the ride to the field to take a walk and has thrown up three more times once home after drinking water and does not have an appetite. This has all happened within the last three hours. As a side note, she is supposed to have TPLO surgery tomorrow morning. She's been on pain meds for the last 2 weeks because of the ACL tear but I haven't given her any meds today.
