I have an 18-month-old rescue cocker spaniel. We've had him for 4 months, and he still has issues with food, eating anything and often getting ill (vomiting and loose feces). We've tried different foods, but nothing seems to help. He's also aggressive when he gets food not given by us. What should we do to address his food-related issues and aggression?

Our Frenchie has been vomiting every 3-5 days for the past 2 weeks. He has been on a maintenance, low-fat diet of non-fat cottage cheese and rice. He has been diagnosed with possible colitis and pancreatitis, and has been tested for obstructions, which were not present. He was doing well on the maintenance diet but vomited again when we tried to transition him back to his regular food. He has also been congested, his vomit sometimes smells acrid and has mucus, and he licks his feet after meals. What could be causing these issues and what should we do for him?

My 7-year-old Newfoundland/Golden Retriever mix has been extremely lethargic, whimpers periodically while lying down, and had a day without eating but drank and peed normally. His stool was orangish/brown and loose yesterday. He ate normally last night but still looks exhausted and has trouble getting up. What could be wrong?
