I have an 8 lb, 2-year-old Yorkie named Molly who has tapeworms. I have seen them and am concerned about them in my yard and on my furniture. Molly is currently taking Heartgard and I have three other dogs. Can I give her an over-the-counter wormer, and should I treat the other dogs as well?

My 12-year-old 85 lb white shepherd/lab mix, Sammi, has sensitive skin and is allergic to several things. She is currently on Apoquel and recently finished a 28-day course of Cefpodoxime antibiotics.
