I have an 8-year-old Boxer with a history of pulmonic stenosis and a heart murmur that has worsened to a grade 6/6. He has had syncopal episodes and recently experienced lethargy, vomiting, and an enlarged caudal vena cava. His gait is also off, and he seems neurologic more on the left side. What should I do?
