I have an 8-year-old mini poodle named Buddy who has been coughing and making a snorting/gagging sound. He has not been to a grooming or boarding facility recently, does not bring anything up when he coughs, and is lethargic. The cough sounds like he is snorting. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 12-year-old miniature pinscher was diagnosed with cancer this week. She has enlarged lymph nodes in her neck, and a biopsy confirmed the diagnosis. We have an appointment with an oncologist next Thursday. Tonight, the lymph nodes feel slightly swollen. Should I move the appointment up? She is eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom fine.

My German Shepherd's stomach has gotten really big, but I can still feel his ribs, and I'm worried about him. He is about 11 years old. Did the enlarged stomach happen quickly within a day or weeks? Is he behaving uncomfortable or restless? Any vomiting, coughing, or diarrhea? Is he drinking more than usual? Any pre-existing medical conditions?
