I have an 8-year-old Pomeranian with a moderate collapsing esophagus and a history of enlarged hearts in previous Pomeranians. Is there a safe and proven supplement for cardiac support that I can give to my current dog, who is already on Diphenoxylate hydrochloride/atropine Sul and prednisone for esophageal symptoms?
