I have been giving my dog a hip & joint supplement daily for about a month. Recently, his eyelids have become red, swollen, and have a discharge, and he appears to have back and hip pain, difficulty getting up from lying down, and is drinking a lot of water. Could he be allergic to the supplement or am I overdosing him?

I have a 13-year-old Toy Poodle who has recently started having seizures. She lays on her side, kicks her feet, and goes stiff during the seizures, and is very wobbly and circles around afterward.
