I have concerns about gum growth over my dog's bottom teeth. My dog is a medium-sized mix breed of Lhasa Apso and Pekingese, approximately 15-16 years old. He also has a small, gradually growing lump on his chest. What could these growths be, and should I be concerned?

Is it safe to give my dog, Emma, Rimadyl and Cephalexin together, and if she has a reaction to the antibiotic, can I use her allergy plan which includes Benadryl followed by a Prednisone tablet if the Benadryl doesn't work?

My two dogs chewed up a super glue container about the size of my pinky finger. I'm wondering how much they are at risk of poisoning or intestinal blockage. They seem fine and are breathing normally. This happened about three hours ago. I'm on Guam, it's 3am, no vets are open, and no one is picking up emergency lines. Did you see what the dog ate? Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about the dogs?
