I have three pet rats, one of which has red eyes and a small tumor on her underbelly. I'm concerned about her respiratory health and have read that the redness around her eyes could be a sign of early onset infection. I also have some enrofloxacin 10% and am unsure about its use. What should I do to monitor and improve her respiratory health, and is it safe to use the enrofloxacin in her water?
